Ryan Cowley serves as Owner & CEO of Infinity Orthotics, Prosthetics & Rehab Science, guiding the company with a focus on innovation, compassionate care, and strong partnerships with the medical community. Since joining Infinity in 2013, Ryan has played a key role in the company’s growth and evolution, helping establish and lead the Rehab Science Division while strengthening Infinity’s collaborative care model across North Alabama.

A graduate of the University of Alabama, Ryan holds a degree in Health and Business Management. His background combines clinical insight with business acumen, allowing him to bridge the gap between patient care, physician collaboration, and operational excellence.

In 2025, Ryan acquired Infinity from founder Kip Hicks, marking a seamless transition built on over a decade of shared leadership, vision, and dedication. Under his leadership, Infinity continues its commitment to quality, personalized care while expanding opportunities for innovation in orthotics, prosthetics, and rehabilitative services.

Ryan’s leadership reflects the values that have defined Infinity since its founding: integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve lives through mobility and independence.

Clinical Leadership

Marion Mike Jr., LCPO
Licensed Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist

Marion Mike Jr., LCPO, is one of Infinity’s lead clinicians with 14 years of experience in the field. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, with a minor in Psychology, from Auburn University and his Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. He received his national certification and state licensure in 2019.

Marion provides advanced clinical and technical expertise in both orthotic and prosthetic care. Whether improving biomechanics to correct or prevent deformities or restoring mobility and independence through prosthetic solutions, he approaches every patient with skill, precision, and genuine compassion.

His commitment to personalized care ensures that each treatment plan is tailored to the patient's individual goals and needs.

 

Reese Lambert, LCPO
Licensed Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist

Reese Lambert, LCPO, provides comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic care to patients across North Alabama. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University, his Associate’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Century College, and his Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Concordia University in St. Paul.

Reese was drawn to the field by his passion for working directly with patients and his love of hands-on, creative problem-solving. He finds it especially meaningful to see individuals walk into the office facing mobility challenges and leave standing confidently on a new prosthesis. Outside of the clinic, Reese enjoys time with his wife, Kaylee, and their three daughters, Margot, Mary Collins, and Amelia. He is active in his church community and values fitness, exercise, and Auburn athletics.

 

Ashton Bohannan, CPO
Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist

Ashton Bohannan, CPO, provides orthotic and prosthetic care with a strong foundation in both engineering and clinical training. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama before completing her Master of Prosthetics-Orthotics at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Ashton completed her two-year clinical residency with Infinity and returned to the team in October 2024. Her engineering background allows her to stay at the forefront of emerging technology in the orthotics and prosthetics field.

Her passion for prosthetic care, particularly serving veterans, is deeply personal. Ashton’s grandfather was an above-knee amputee who lost his leg while serving in the United States Marine Corps, inspiring her commitment to helping patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence.

 

Kacy Hawkins, R.T. (R)
Rehab Science Director

Kacy Hawkins serves as Rehab Science Director and has been a trusted leader at Infinity for 12 years. With extensive clinical experience, she guides patient care services with professionalism, compassion, and consistency.

Kacy supports both patients and staff, ensuring clinical standards are upheld while fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Her steady leadership and depth of knowledge contribute to the high level of care Infinity is known for throughout the community.

Her commitment to excellence continues to strengthen the quality and integrity of Infinity’s Rehab Science division.

Patient Advocacy & Support

Shawn McKearin
Patient Liaison

Shawn McKearin has been part of the Infinity team for 16 years and serves as Patient Liaison throughout North Alabama. Originally an Infinity patient after becoming an above-knee amputee in 1997, Shawn brings decades of lived experience to the individuals and families he supports.

For years, Shawn led a local amputee support group, creating a space for encouragement, education, and shared understanding. He later co-founded the Empower Amputee & Family Support Network to expand that mission and provide broader resources for the amputee community.

As a licensed prosthetic assistant, Shawn combines personal insight with clinical knowledge, offering steady mentorship and reassurance to patients at every stage of their rehabilitation journey.

 

Josh Watkins
Patient Liaison

Josh Watkins serves as Patient Liaison in Infinity’s Florence clinic. His journey with Infinity began as a patient following a life-changing motor vehicle accident that resulted in an above-knee amputation.

Through his recovery, Josh developed a passion for peer mentorship and advocacy. He co-founded the Empower Amputee & Family Support Network to provide structured support, resources, and connections for amputees and their families across North Alabama.

Today, Josh brings resilience, encouragement, and firsthand understanding to the patients he serves, helping individuals regain mobility, confidence, and independence while reminding them they are never navigating limb loss alone.

Technical & Lab Services

James Neumeyer
Lab Director

James serves as Lab Director and has been a valued member of Infinity for five years. A veteran, he brings dedication, discipline, and precision to every device created within Infinity’s lab.

James oversees prosthetic fabrication processes, ensuring each device is crafted with accuracy, durability, and individualized attention. His commitment to quality workmanship directly supports patient outcomes and reflects Infinity’s high standards of care.

 

 

 

Jessie Hastings
Rehab Science Clinical Specialist & Prosthetic Lab Technician

Jessie Hastings has been a member of the Infinity team for three years. She brings a unique blend of hands-on clinical support and technical precision to her dual role.

Jessie works closely with patients while contributing detailed lab craftsmanship that supports reliable, high-quality outcomes. Her ability to bridge clinical care and fabrication helps ensure each device meets the patient's individualized needs.

 

 

 

 

 

Anna Saravia
Lab Technician

Anna Saravia has been a valued member of Infinity for four years, serving as a Lab Technician. She plays an important role in the fabrication process, helping ensure prosthetic devices are crafted with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.

Her technical skill and dedication support the clinical team in delivering reliable, well-fitted devices that enhance patient mobility and comfort.

Rehab Science Clinical Specialists

Kesley Seal
Rehab Science Clinical Specialist

Kesley Seal is a graduate of the University of North Alabama and has been part of the Infinity Orthotics, Prosthetics & Rehab Science team since 2019. She began her career with Infinity as a Rehab Science Clinical Specialist, supporting patients across multiple clinic locations and contributing to the collaborative care model.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Kesley also assists with administrative operations within the orthotics and prosthetics department, helping strengthen coordination and workflow across teams. Her versatility and commitment to patient-centered service support a seamless experience for both patients and staff.

Outside of work, Kesley enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

 

 

Kesley Burns
Rehab Science Clinical Specialist

Kesley Burns has been a valued member of Infinity for three years. In her role, she supports both patient care and clinical operations, helping ensure each individual receives attentive, efficient service throughout their treatment journey.

Kesley holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and is completing her Master of Business Administration, strengthening her leadership skills and strategic insight within the healthcare field.

Annali Lougheed
Rehab Science Clinical Specialist

Annali Lougheed has been part of the Infinity team for two years and is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing at the University of North Alabama.

She supports patients throughout their care experience while gaining hands-on clinical insight that complements her academic training. Her time at Infinity continues to strengthen her passion for compassionate, patient-centered healthcare.

 

 

 

 

 

Caleb Heupel
Rehab Science Clinical Specialist

Caleb Heupel is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at the University of North Alabama. He values the collaborative environment at Infinity and the shared commitment to patient care.

His academic focus on human movement complements his hands-on clinical experience as he continues developing the skills needed to support patients effectively.

Caden Chandler is currently attending Northwest Shoals Community College and plans to transfer to the University of North Alabama to pursue a degree in Finance.

He values being part of a supportive team, contributing to meaningful patient care, and helping individuals throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Kelly Helton
Huntsville Office Administrator

Kelly Helton has been a cornerstone of Infinity for 18 years. She keeps daily operations organized, efficient, and patient-focused while supporting both staff and patients in a professional and welcoming environment.

Sydney Borden
Shoals Office Administrator & Clinical Specialist

Sydney Borden has been part of Infinity Orthotics, Prosthetics & Rehab Science since 2017. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Surgical Technology from Calhoun Community College and spent seven years working in surgery, where she developed a strong orthopedic foundation before transitioning into orthotics and prosthetics.

In her role, Sydney supports both clinical operations and revenue cycle management within the DME environment. She brings expertise in insurance billing, prior authorizations, appeals, audit response, and regulatory compliance. Her clinical background, combined with her reimbursement knowledge, helps ensure operational accuracy while supporting a seamless patient experience.

Sydney is a proud wife and mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family.

 

Breneé Atchley
Credentialing & Billing Specialist

Breneé has been a dedicated member of Infinity for six years. She ensures credentialing, insurance processes, and billing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Her attention to detail helps create a seamless experience, allowing the clinical team to focus fully on patient care.
