Comprehensive Care...Infinite Possibilities
Kip is a former college football player who entered the O & P field after sustaining a severe knee injury requiring eight surgeries. This led to exposure to various knee orthosis and introduction to orthotics. His great uncle was a bilateral (AK / BK) World War II Veteran Amputee. His relationship with his great uncle led to his interest and introduction to prosthesis. Through the company he founded in April 2002, Infinity O&P, orthopedic soft goods programs were set up in four medical centers and two orthopedic groups in Southern Tennessee. In 2004 IOP contracted with the Orthopaedic Center, the largest orthopedic practice in Huntsville, Alabama. Kip has built a company dedicated to designing and managing specific orthotic and prosthetic pratices to provide patient with the proper continuity of care.

Bradley Shields Hilliker, C.P. / L.P.O.
Brad attended and graduated from Longwood College in Farmville, VA with a Bachelor of Science. After 5+ years in the physical therapy field as a LPTA, he felt the pull towards the prosthetic field through his association with various amputee patients. In 2000 he began working in the field as a technician and learned the intricacies of prosthetic fabrication. He then attended California State University and completed the prosthetic program and residency in 2003. Brad is ABC certified. Brad was then deployed to Afghanistan with his Military Police unit. Brad was in the right place as he had the fortune to treat a 14 year old boy who had lost both legs above the knee while handling unexploded ordnance. He coordinated with Special Forces and the local Red Cross to provide the boy with knew prosthetic legs.
He now works with Standing Hope, an amputee ministry that provides onsite prosthetic training in Ghana, Africa and has traveled to Africa to fit prosthesis as well as instruct and educate the local technicians to be able to do so independently.
Brad has been married to Tonya for over 9 years and they share a daughter age 6 and are in the process of adopting another daughter age 8, who is an above knee amputee.
Jeff A. Cole, CO/L, Prosthetist
Jeff grew up with an uncle who wore a full leg brace his entire life due to polio. This helped propel Jeff into the orthotics and prosthetics field. While attending Memphis State, Jeff began work in the O & P field and met a gentleman who had lost a limb in the Vietnam War. Through both of these circumstances Jeff gained a new direction and influence in his life. For the past 35 years he has seen and been a part of the great advancements made in the Orthotics and Prosthetics fields. With extensive education, certification and training he is able to provide assistance to all age ranges whether the need is for orthotics or prosthetics. Jeff truly enjoys working with and helping the children who are in need of orthotics/bracing as well as assisting in any prosthetic needs they may have as well. He has attended children's clinics in both Tennessee and Alabama since 1984 and continues to do so with the Alabama Dept. of rehabilitation Children's Clinics.

Jeff is married to Pamela and together they have three sons, Brandon (27), Drew (25) and Ben (24).

Daryle Hicks, C-Ped

Despite her Masters in Science Education from East Carolina University in North Carolina, Daryle found a desire to move into a new career that would allow the opportunity to assist others in the field of orthotics. She chose a specific field in foot orthotics and has received extensive training and certification in the field. She enjoys helping others and takes any and all effort to build a custom foot orthotic to relieve a patient's pain and take care of their physical needs.

Daryle is the proud mother of two sons, Kip (38) and Josh (32).

Shawn McKearin, Patient Advocate / Liason
Shawn visits patients in any atmosphere available at the time of the patients needs. He see's patients prior to surgery when possible and will follow up with those patients throughout their care. He is on call for doctors and patients alike and enjoys being available to assist all patients. Shawn has been a right above the knee amputee since March of 1997 due to a major auto accident. The accident left both legs severely damaged and made fitting for a prosthesis difficult at best. Having been a "demanding" patient due to his desire to carry out his life plans and "move on and up" despite the loss of his leg. His desire and activity level require a dedicated prosthetist and after using several different companies he has
chosen Infinity O&P because of there willingness to put forth the effort neccesary to "design and fit each patient based upon their needs, not what is easy". He has been a patient of IOP since 2002 when an additional surgery meant he would have to have another leg designed. He chose IOP because they were willing to go out of their way to insure he could reach the goals he had set, not the level they thought he could get to. He has since joined IOP and also started the Tennessee Valley Amputee Support Group, (www.tvasgroup.com), out of his desire to be able to help other amputees and there family cope with, adapt to, and tackle life despite the amputation."I ask that all patients call with any concerns they have with their amputation, prosthetic, or any thing that will help make life easier for them. This can be a disability if you let it, or it can be all about your new ABILITY to endure and push through."
